Terms and Conditions for Hotel Royal Suites

Welcome to Hotel Royal Suites (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not make a reservation or use our facilities.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or staying with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting. Please review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Rates, offers, and packages may change without prior notice.

  • Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid payment method.

  • Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to unless prior arrangements are made.

3. Use of Facilities

Guests agree to use the hotel facilities responsibly and in accordance with local laws. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Any unlawful activities on hotel premises

  • Damage to property or interference with hotel operations

  • Disturbing other guests or engaging in disruptive behavior

4. Room and Property Rights

  • Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings.

  • The hotel is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal items unless caused by hotel negligence.

  • Hotel staff may enter guest rooms for housekeeping, maintenance, or safety reasons as required.

5. Payments and Cancellations

  • Payment policies, including deposits, pre-authorizations, and cancellations, will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will follow the stated cancellation policy.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may incur charges as specified during booking.

6. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave courteously and comply with hotel policies.

  • Any illegal or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By staying with us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

8. Liability

  • The hotel provides services “as is” and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay.

  • The hotel is not liable for interruptions caused by natural events, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

9. Indemnification

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hotel Royal Suites, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from violation of these Terms, local laws, or third-party rights.

10. Termination of Stay

The hotel reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay without refund for violations of these Terms, illegal activities, or any behavior that threatens the safety or comfort of other guests or staff.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka the courts in Kolar
